What is the Swargam Aura cancellation buffer policy?
We respect the time of our guests and therapists alike. We enforce a strict 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. Any sessions modified or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will trigger a 50% restoration fee. No-shows are charged in full.
How early should I arrive before my restoration session?
We request that guests arrive precisely 15 minutes before their scheduled time. This ensures proper transition, clothing adjustment, custom herbal tea pairing, and allows your nervous system to fully decompress before hands-on physical therapy.
What clothing am I expected to wear inside the suite?
Absolute comfort is our standard. Upon entering your private Vayu or Agni locker, you will find premium organic cotton disposable undergarments, soft plush linen robes, and warm thermal slippers. Our therapists are extensively trained in dynamic privacy wrapping techniques.
Are treatments safe if I am experiencing skin sensitivities or pregnancy?
Absolutely. We have specific, certified pregnancy-safe routines and hypoallergenic organic oils. Please select "Dr. Helen Carter" or "First available therapist" when filling out Step 2, and explicitly document your conditions in the Step 3 Textbox.
